With charity buckets in hand, a group of youngsters from around Cambridgeshire walked for almost 15 miles to raise money for a local charity.
Members of the National Citizen Service (NCS) from Wisbech and Ely marched from Wisbech to Downham Market – a total of 13.5 miles – and raised £200 for local charity, Red Wellies.
The King’s Lynn-based charity helps fund research into brain cancer and tumours and the group of 16 youngsters set off from Wisbech College before meandering through the Fens and arriving in Norfolk just over three hours later.
The group hit their target of £200 but are still looking for more donations. If you wish to donate, visit https://www.gofundme.com/NCS-Group5.
