A woman was rushed to hospital after falling from a horse near Ely on Wednesday.
The Magpas Helimedix team arrived in a field on the outskirts of the city shortly before 8.15pm after reports that a woman in her 20s had fallen from a horse and landed on her head.
A Magpas spokesman said: “The Helimedix team assessed the patient and administered anti-sickness relief, whilst working alongside an East of England Ambulance Crew.
“The patient was then taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, in an ambulance, in a comfortable condition.”
