BUDDING young actors and actresses at Wilburton Primary School could soon be appearing on the small screen after television crews came to film at the school.
The crews, who were filming for a new drama series based around life in a rural village, visited the school in Carpond Lane earlier this month and selected 16 pupils and parents to appear in a day of filming.
Headteacher Mrs Walker, said: "The film company approached us and asked if we would like to help out with a few days of filming which we were more than happy to do.
"I watched all of the filming and it was clear that the children absolutely loved being involved and were all very excited.
