THERE were 31 members present at the May meeting with Mrs Chilvers as president. After Jerusalem was sung the president introduced Suzanne Davies who gave an unusual talk on blending perfume, with all members taking part and choosing their own special fragrances. Mrs Easy gave the vote of thanks.

After refreshments, the business was conducted which included various dates for diaries, including the card making evening on Monday at 7.30pm. The annual meeting resolutions were explained and voted on. There were 11 entries for the competition perfume atomiser.

The next meeting is on June 8 when Jackie Harper will talk about cold porcelain flowers, the competition will be for the prettiest china plate. New members always welcome.
