TEENAGER Thomas Constable was refused permission by magistrates to spend the evening at his cousin's wedding next month.
Constable is subject to a curfew between the hours of 7pm and 7am, imposed back in March for an offence of affray, and on Thursday asked Ely magistrates to let him stay out late.
He said the wedding was in Littleport at 4pm, and he would miss the speeches at the reception if he had to keep to his curfew on September 16.
