ANGLIAN Water will appear in court tomorrow (Tuesday) charged with polluting water near Wilburton and Sutton with sewage.

The Environment Agency has brought the prosecution to Ely magistrates' court, against the company, alongside the Sustainable Fish Company Ltd, of Pymoor, who are accused of polluting an area of Straight Furlong.

Proceedings will start at 10am.
