Members of Viva Arts and Community Group in Soham held a surprise farewell party at The Brook over the weekend.

The party was organised as a thank-you to Hetti Wood, who is stepping down from her role as the theatre company’s administrator.

“Hetti is moving on to a new job, after giving great service,” said Mike Rouse, who attended the party.

Hetti, who studied English Literature and modern history at the University of East Anglia, worked full time for Viva as their project co-ordinator. She also manages other projects run within the charity.

Rachael Polsom will take over Hetti’s role.
