FORTY-six-year-old Richard Byrnside has been charged with causing the death of Dawnne Shotter by dangerous driving on the A10 at Littleport on November 3 last year.

Byrnside, 46, of Saffron Close, Downham Market, is alleged to have committed the offence when driving a Volkswagen Passat. Ely magistrates adjourned the case for two weeks.
