THE trial of a man accused of sexual assault could not go ahead before Ely magistrates on Thursday, because some witnesses had not asked to attend the court to give evidence.
Ian Bonnett, 41, of Holly Walk, Ely, has denied sexually touching a female at Littleport on May 2.
His trial will now take place at Cambridge Magistrates' Court on August 24.
