TWENTY-two-year-old Luke Badcock has denied breaching the terms of the community order he was given back in November for an offence of shoplifting.
It is alleged that Badcock, of Churchgate Street, Soham, missed appointments with the probation service on July 21 and 28, and failed to keep in contact with the relevant officer.
The date of his trial is due to be set by Ely magistrates at a hearing on September 10.
