THERE are lengthy delays on the A142 near Ely this afternoon (Thursday) after two cars collided.
The smash happened shortly after 3pm on Station Road, with one car ending up on its roof in a ditch.
Ambulance and fire crews were called but both parties involved in the incident had managed to climb free of the wreckage. There are no reports of any injuries.
The road was blocked in both directions following the incident and a spokesman for Cambridgeshire police traffic would remain congested while the two vehicles were recovered.
