Children from King’s Ely Acremont Nursery were thrilled to get a visit from a tractor as part of their transport themed term.
The school runs a number of visits throughout the academic year to encourage adventurous learning, with transport being the topic of this term.
This week, it was the turn of the farmer, as current parent Mr Morbey brought his tractor to the school.
The children were overjoyed by the tractor’s presence and watched in awe as one by one they were welcomed to sit by the driver.
A police car and fireman visited the week before, and the children travelled on a real train two weeks ago.
