ELY will be hosting top dance crews Flawless, Plague and La Familia in July as part of an exclusive set of summer dance workshops.
Joining the world-famous hip hop and funk acts will be a host of internationally acclaimed dancers including Lil’ Tim and Kasmir, who will help run a series of workshops and classes.
The event is running from July 23-27 at the Forum in Barton Square and is being hosted by the city’s very own Funk It Up dance group and Suspects Crew.
Sarah Baker, founder of the school, told the Ely Standard: “Getting groups like Flawless and Plague to come down is very hard because they have packed schedules and big agents but I know a lot of the guys quite well and it is very exciting that they have agreed to come and join the workshops.”
Places are limited to just 30 spots and anyone interested can contact Sarah via info@funkitupdancegroups.com or by phoning 07762705644.
