Great-grandmother Winifred King, of Weatherall's Close, Soham celebrated her 100th birthday surrounded by three generations of her family.
Her son, Ray King, and his wife organised a party at their home in Soham, the town where Mrs King has lived all her life.
Her daughter Sheila was there with Mrs King's three grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
The family presented her with a vacuum cleaner, as Mrs King, who lives alone, still does all her own housework every day.
Mrs King attributed her long life to "good clean living" and is the oldest member of Soham Methodist church. 4503
