A SUTTON man who has never even held a driving licence was banned from the road for three years - after committing his sixth, seventh and eighth offences of driving without insurance.
Carl Bond was also ordered to pay £50 costs by Ely magistrates on Thursday, but had around £500 of outstanding fines wiped out.
Bond, 24, of The Brook, admitted driving without insurance on April 5, 13 and 15. He further admitted having no licence or MoT certificate on April 13, and having no licence on April 15.
"I should not have been driving, I have never held a licence," he told the court.
