Police are investigating the theft of thousands of pounds worth of power tools taken from a van in Newmarket.
The break-in happened between 7pm on Wednesday, November 22, and 8.40am on Thursday November 23 outside a property on Nimbus Way.
A white Peugeot van had its passenger side window smashed so that the handbrake could be released and the van rolled forward.
Thieves then accessed the van’s rear door and stole power tools worth around £6,000.
The van was broken into a second time the next day, Thursday, November 23, where the sliding side door was forced and a power drill stolen.
