THE singers led the afternoon meeting last Sunday. Olive Page and Helen Lovell sang a duet and the male voices presented an item. The Bible message was delivered by Major Diane Boyd.
Barbara Brown, a former singing company leader, accompanied on the piano. A faith tea followed the meeting during which all who have shared in pastoral visitation and care in recent months were thanked. The singers meet every Tuesday at 6pm and visitors are welcome. Bible study will take place on Wednesdays at 7pm not at the hall but at 60 City Road for the next two months.
On Sunday, May 13, Lowestoft Salvation Army Band and Songsters will be visiting us. Meetings at 11am and 3pm will be led by former Littleport leaders, captains Doug and Glenys Askew
