MEETINGS in recent weeks have been led by Captains Doug and Glenys Askew, former officers at Littleport in the mid 1990s. They were supported by Lowestoft Band and Songster Brigade. The first step has been taken to reforming a local Salvation Army Band by Ian Caddy, the drummer. Last Sunday afternoon, we were joined by Tony and Eileen Edington, organists and choristers from Sefton, Liverpool. This Sunday, the afternoon meeting at 3pm will be a Songs of Praise led by Major Diane Boyd. The Bible study is now taking place at 4.30pm on Thursdays.
