AT our November meeting, we were shown a display entitled 'Symbol of a nation'. The symbol was the kiwi and the nation was New Zealand. We were shown post cards, stamps and covers from all periods. The talk was most informative and interesting and gave a totally new slant on New Zealand's philatelic material.

The December meeting will be held today (Thursday) in the library at the City of Ely College starting at 7.30pm. This is our social evening and partners and friends have been invited to join us. The entertainment is to be provided.
