A TEENAGER with "a tendency to kick off" has admitted using threatening behaviour towards three people on Ely Market Place.

But 18-year-old Patrick Heatwole was so drunk that he cannot remember the incident, he told city magistrates on Thursday.

Magistrates watched CCTV footage of the fracas, and then ordered Heatwole to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work, and pay £70 costs.

Heatwole, of Two Acres Caravan Park, Little Thetford was told by presiding magistrate Dr Christine Shaw: "You have a temper, and a tendency to kick off and kick out, and that is serious.
