A TEENAGER who forgot to turn up for an unpaid work session had his work order revoked by magistrates this week.
Samuel Webber admitted breaching his 50-hour work order by missing two sessions last month. He forgot to attend on February 15, and no transport arrived for him on February 22, he explained at Ely courthouse.
Webber, 18, of Churchill Close, Ely, was given the order for an offence of criminal damage in November last year. The 33 hours of work remaining were replaced with a 12-month supervision order.
The court was told that Webber was still subject to a 120-hour work order imposed last month, as part of a suspended jail sentence.
