TEENAGER Faye Szulc has denied that she breached the terms of her ASBO, by threatening to punch another person in the face if they failed to pay a debt.

Eighteen-year-old Szulc, of Clayway, Ely, was given a two-year anti social behaviour order on June 8 last year.

Under the terms of the order she must not:

* Engage if behaviour that causes, or is likely to cause, nuisance, harassment, alarm or distress to others, or is threatening or abusive or insulting to others in Ely or Soham.

It is alleged that Szulc breached her ASBO in Ely on June 4. City magistrates gave her unconditional bail until the date of her trial is fixed on July 12.
