TEENAGER Shane Parker was banned from Ely Kebab House as a condition of his bail, after denying that he breached the terms of his ASBO.
Eighteen-year-old Parker is alleged to have breached the order by causing harassment during an incident at the premises in Market Street in Ely on May 8.
He also denied causing £152.75-worth of damage to a window belonging to Ely Kebab Shop on May 8
Parker was also banned from drinking alcohol in public while on bail. He is due to face trial before city magistrates on November 6.
