A TEENAGER accused of burgling a home in Soham with intent to cause grievous bodily harm has been sent for trial before Cambridge Crown Court.
It is alleged that Ty Bullock, 19, formerly of West Drive Gardens, Soham, committed the offence when he entered a property at Foxwood South as a trespasser on July 5.
Bullock, who has a bail address in New Cheveley Road, Newmarket, is also charged with causing criminal damage to two car tyres belonging to Anna Avison on July 5.
Ely magistrates banned Bullock from Soham as a condition of his bail, unless he is attending his doctor's surgery by prior appointment.
He is due to appear at the Crown Court for a first hearing on July 24.
