YOU can raise funds for local charities with the Great Ely Walk next weekend.
On Sunday, September 2, walkers will start out at 11am from the Sue Ryder Centre on Palace Green and head riverside on a 3-mile or 4.85km round trip.
The circuit can be walked by people of all ages with the possibility of walking round as many or as few times as you like.
Entrance fee profits and any sponsorship money raised will go to the Age Concern Befriending Service or Stroke and Action for Dysphasia Adults (STRADA).
