Soak up the one of the last festivals of the season and among the most reasonably priced with Sundown at Norwich which celebrates a mix of pop, drum n bass and urban.
This end of summer happy vibes dance celebration is among the smaller festivals on the UK circuit but attracts some of the biggest names from the beats and breaks side of the dance musical fence.
The high energy collaboration is the fifth at the Norfolk Showground with prices ranging from £75 a ticket to £105 with a campers pass, which allows revellers into an exclusive campers-only opening party on Friday night and an after show party on Saturday.
Organisers promise to keep the energy high for party people to give it one last shakedown shot at the Norfolk Showground before going into winter hibernation.
The event has its genesis in the Norfolk Spectacular, becoming the Sundown festival in 2012. Since then it has grown into a top quality event taking place over three days with the campers party kicking things off on Friday September 4 and the main music on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6.
The Sundown Festival may be one of the less expensive but organisers say there's no compromise on facilities. Camping is supported by washing facilities, water points and lockers, and there are worldwide style food stalls and bars to provide revellers with enough to wet their appetite and keep them partying for the weekend.
Headlining on Saturday is Rudimental who come to Sundown as one of only a very small number of shows this year.
Also on the Saturday showcase is Ella Henderson, drum and bass royalty Sigma, Clean Bandit collaborator Jess Glynne and afrobeat trailblazer Fuse ODG.
Gorgon City, Hannah Wants, Shadow Child, Low Steppa and Sonny Foder play the Defected stage.
Campers get an exclusive Saturday night after party with garage superstar DJ EZ on the decks keeping the vibes going until 1am.
On Sunday the headliner act is international crowd pleaser Tinie Tempah.
Also playing is Nero, Labrinth, Wretch 32, Maverick Sabre, Melissa Steel, Raleigh Ritchie, Zak Abel, Kelli-Leigh and Rivers.
On the Ram stage on Sunday electronic production wizard Sub Focus headlines alongside the multi-genre DJ skills of the amazing Jaguar Skills. Who else could take Motorhead song, Ace of Spaces and mash it up into a whirling dervish drum n bass remix. Not to be missed.
Also playing is Rene Lavice, DC Breaks, Culture Shock, Mind Vortex and Audio.
