A PARENT involved in an incident in the playground at Sutton Primary School has been bound over to keep the peace for a year.
Jacqueline Brown, 33, of The Orchards, Sutton, appeared before Ely magistrates on Thursday. The bind over was for six months, in the sum of £100.
She had previously been accused of using disorderly behaviour in Sutton on September 6 last year, and the Crown Prosecution Service withdrew that charge.
Robert Wheatley, 33, of 39 The Orchards, Sutton, has denied behaving in a disorderly manner at Sutton on September 6. He is due to face trial at Ely courthouse on June 22.
