A SUTTON man accused of obstructing a police officer will face trial at Ely Magistrates Court.
Trevor Jason Saberton, of The Row, Sutton, is alleged to have resisted a constable in the execution of his duty after police responded to reports of a disturbance on July 14.
Pleading not-guilty to the charges, Saberton was ordered to return to the court on October 15 for trial.
