Sunday Club has now finished an action-packed second term. During our time together each week we have learned about Lent and the events leading up to Easter Sunday. The children were encouraged to use a book called Love Life Live Lent, which offers daily actions to think about or do. This was to encourage them to care for their family, friends and environment, something that will hopefully continue after Lent.

It is also true to say that the children's drama skills have developed, and the congregation has been witness to some lively sketches at the family services.

Some of our older children took further instruction and as a result went forward for the First Communion on Easter Sunday. Many relatives and friends were there to support them and celebrate this milestone in their Christian lives.

This term we will meet upstairs in The Glebe at 10.30am each Sunday, except the second Sunday of the month, when we all join together for the Family Service in church at 10.30am. Ros Ashby is joining us as a leader, so welcome to her. If you would like to join us, contact Nikki on 01353 775396 or Kathy on 01353 778645.
