Green fingered Stuart Gathercole’s (pictured) efforts were recognised with the presentation of a trophy for the best allotment.
Mr Gathercole’s was previously derelict but was judged the best by Littleport Parish Council’s allotment committee for being well maintained and for its variety of crops. Council chairman Clive Webber presented the trophy.
