Stretham Primary School pupils said a big ‘happy birthday’ to the Queen by making their very own crowns and tiaras.
The school, on Wood Lane, celebrated Her Majesty’s 90th by hand-making crowns and tiaras, which were then entered into a competition.
Year three and four pupils from the school’s Otter class were also hard at work, creating a patchwork union jack flag to celebrate the Queen’s big day.
The pupils’ celebrations were concluded by an assembly, where Stretham Parish Councillors, Mick Murfitt and Janet Parish, handed out commemorative coins to every pupil.
