WAITROSE manager Sarah Jackson is off on her travels next year in memory of her mother Jayne who died after a 10-year battle with cancer in 2005.

Mrs Jackson will climb Kenya's Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

She is hoping to hit her fund-raising target of £2,000 in time for the big climb on January 24.
