Katie Nicoll has been praised by her school after teachers realised she had never been late or had a day off sick in four years.
Katie, 11, goes to Sutton Primary School, but will go on to Witchford Village College in September.
"Pupils have had chicken pox, colds and stomach bugs but Katie has always been in school," said head teacher Gill Gilbert.
