ON May 22, club members had a trip out to Broadstairs, they stayed a few hours to have a stroll and lunch, leaving around 3pm. They made a stop at a Spitfire museum, which was very interesting, leaving there at 5pm, arriving home at 7.30pm. On Friday, the

ON May 22, club members had a trip out to Broadstairs, they stayed a few hours to have a stroll and lunch, leaving around 3pm. They made a stop at a Spitfire museum, which was very interesting, leaving there at 5pm, arriving home at 7.30pm.

On Friday, the chairman welcomed members who were entertained by Joyce Thulborn on piano for a sing-along, followed by a tea put on by the committee and a monthly raffle. There is a coffee morning on June 17 at Bakery Close, from 10am-noon, entry is 50 pence. The next outing is on June 29 and will be the Wisbech Rose Fair, going on to Hunstanton. We will leave Wilburton at 9am . The club meeting is on June 30, with a talk and slides on Canadian capers by Mr Moore.
