On March 28, the club's first outing of the year was a trip to Leicester. The weather was fine. Thanks to several non-members, the club managed to have a successful day.

On March 31, the chairman welcomed a member of the East Anglian Air Ambulance Association, who gave a talk and illustrations on the workings of the ambulance and members of staff. Afterwards, she thanked her and presented her with a donation.

Tea and biscuits were served and a raffle was held. The next outing is to Coventry on April 25, leaving Wilburton at 9am. A few seats are still available (non-members welcome). Contact 01353 740017 or 740079. The next meeting, on April 28, is a bring-and-buy.
