CHRIS Hunt welcomed Ian Wetherall and his wife Janice who had moved to Littleport from Royston earlier in the year. Ian, a local preacher, led the morning service and Janice played the organ. The evening service was at Ely Methodist Church, led by the rev Steve Watts. There will be a coffee morning in the schoolroom on June 3, between 9-11am. Duncan Palmer will lead the service for Pentecost at 10.45am and there will be a united service at St George's Parish Church at 6.30pm with Mr Murfitt.
On July 15, there will be a Kitchen Prom Concert given by Jennifer Thompson and Jackie Kirby at 7.30pm in the church. A warm welcome to anyone who wants to join us at any of our services/events.
