DAVID Middleton led last Sunday morning's service and the evening service was a celebration at Bruce's Barn, Ely Road, Little Downham, which included refreshments, fireworks and a bonfire. The Women's Fellowship met on Tuesday afternoon.
On Sunday, there will be a Remembrance service led by the Rev Roger Steward at 10.45am and Rev Steward will also lead the evening service that will include the celebration of Holy Communion. Forthcoming events include the Christmas Fair on November 25 in the church between 10am-2pm. Light lunches will also be served from noon. The third Christmas Tree Festival will take place on December 2/3.
