THE Rev Roger Steward led last Sunday morning's worship. Sue Scott and Duncan Palmer read the lessons and Janice Weatherall was the organist. Keith Penn led the evening service. The Flower and Friendship met on Monday evening and the Women's Fellowship met on Tuesday afternoon. This coming Saturday, there will be a coffee morning from 9am until 11am. On Sunday, the morning's worship will be led by Mr and Mrs Rose from the Downham Market Circuit, starting at 10.45am. Ian Titchener, a member of St John's will be baptised by total immersion on Sunday afternoon at the Vine Community Church starting at 3pm. The Rev Steward will be take the service, and Ian would be very pleased to see as many of the St John's congregation at the service to support him in this important step. The evening service will be a united service with St George's Parish Church joining in the first Sunday Praise led by Rev Steward at 6.30pm.
