SIMON Wynn led last Sunday mornings worship. Florence, Constance and Simeon Wynn took part in a small drama, which was led by Mr Wynn. Peter Kirby was the pianist and Duncan Palmer read the lesson. During the intercession, prayers were said for Ken King who had died, and for his wife Thelma and children Angela, Kevin and Teresa. The evening service, which was led by Duncan Palmer, was a Circuit Celebration with New Life. Celebration was definitely the right word. The singing was really great and much enjoyed by the congregation. Ms Angleena Kaizer, Deacon in the King's Lynn Circuit was welcome by Rev Roger Steward. Angleena gave her testimony of how she became a Christian and then told the congregation the experiences of how God has led her not only to various places in the country but also abroad. Duncan Palmer dedicated the last hymn to Mr King, 'How Great thou art', who had died on Wednesday March 8. The Women's Fellowship meeting was held on Tuesday, when they went on an outing. Mr Keith Penn will lead next Sunday morning's worship at 10.45am and Tony Murfitt will lead the evening service at 6.30pm. On Saturday March 25, St John's Spring Fair' will take place in the school room starting at 10am.
