COLIN Nickless led the Mothering Sunday service when the Sunday School distributed posies of spring flowers. The pianist was Peter Kirby. Ian Titchener and Tony Murfitt read the lessons. The Rev Christopher Baker led the evening service and the pianist was Pat Hodson. This coming Saturday, St John's will host Saturday Night Out in the scout hut in Camel Road, starting at 6.30pm. David Middleton will lead Sunday, morning service at 10.45am and the Rev Steve Watts will lead the evening service, which will include the celebration of Holy Communion at 6.30pm.
