The Littleport Band led a parade from Ponts Hill to the church for a service of Remembrance where the Rev R H Maskell officiated and the preacher was the Rev D Gee. Following this service an Act of Remembrance took place at the war memorial.
On Tuesdays at 2pm, in term time, there is a pram service for parents and pre-school children.
On Sunday, November 19, there will be Holy Communion at 8am and Parish Eucharist at 10am, the celebrant will be the Rev Rosemary Maskell and the preacher, Mr Peter Neale, from the Children's Society.
A Festival of Cribs is to be held at St George's Church this weekend, from 10am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday 2pm to 6pm. Light refreshments will be available.
St George's Christmas Fair will be held on Saturday, December 2.
