ON Sunday (Mothering Sunday) the vicar, the Rev Rosemary Maskell, presided at the 8am Holy Communion. At 10am, the vicar officiated at the family service and baptism, at which four candidates (one baby and three adults) were received into the church. The

ON Sunday (Mothering Sunday) the vicar, the Rev Rosemary Maskell, presided at the 8am Holy Communion. At 10am, the vicar officiated at the family service and baptism, at which four candidates (one baby and three adults) were received into the church. The Sunday Club gave a wonderful presentation with their puppets. Flowers were presented to the large congregation.

Sunday, March 25: the vicar will preside at the 8am Holy Communion. She will also preside at the 10am Parish Eucharist, at which the sermon will be delivered by Jane Harris. The vicar will preach at the 6.30pm Evensong.

Saturday, March 24: Lady Day at Ely Cathedral.

Monday, March 26: Stations of the Cross at 7.30pm.

Tuesday, March 27: Pram service at 2pm and the 7pm Eucharist precedes ACPM at 7.30pm. Light refreshments will be served afterwards.

Wednesday 29: 9am is Midweek Holy Communion.

Advance Notice: Thursday, April 12 - at 7.30pm is a thanksgiving at St George's to celebrate the completion of this phase of our restoration programme.
