ON Sunday, the officiant at the 10am service was the curate, the Rev Dixon and the preacher was Jane Harris. Following the service, the parish outing took place, when about 30 parishioners (and the clergy) proceeded to Fincham for lunch, before spending a most enjoyable afternoon at Collectors' World at Downham Market.

On Thursday, the three day arts and crafts fair starts and will continue until July 1. A wide range of talents will be on display and hopefully we will all learn something new and useful. Lunch will be served in the Parish Room on Saturday.

Saturday: St George's Dragons will compete against the Littleport Bowls Team. This Annual Grudge Match will be played at Littleport Bowls Club, at 6pm, and will be followed by a barbecue.

On Sunday, the Rev Rosemary Maskell will preside at the 10am Parish Eucharist and the curate, the Rev Dixon will deliver her farewell sermon. After the service, a reception will be held in the Parish Room.
