The Viva Theatre Company is back and taking on a whole new challenge in the shape of the Jane Austen classic, Pride and Prejudice.
In this much-loved comedy, the character’s lives are turned upside down as Jane Austen shows the folly of judging by first impressions and pokes fun at the affectations and etiquette of provincial life.
See this well-known love story unfold in Soham’s St Andrew’s Church – and the play is even set to star St Andrew’s vicar, Rev Tim Alban Jones, who will be playing Rev Collins.
Joining Rev Alban Jones on stage will be leader of East Cambridgeshire District Council, Cllr James Palmer, who is set to star as Mr Bingley.
Performances take place from Thursday, through to Saturday, nightly from 7.30pm. Tickets, from £8-£10, are available from 01353 722228 or by visiting www.wegottickets.com
