THE Crown Prosecution Service withdrew a speeding allegation against 34-year-old Paul Armstrong after failing to serve a summons on him.
They had been unable to track him down at two addresses in Soham, in Military Road and in Churchgate Street.
It had been alleged that Armstrong drove a light goods vehicle at 65mph on the A505 at Thriplow, when the vehicle had a restriction of 50mph.
