TWO speeders clocked while travelling at 105 mph along the A14 were both banned from driving this week.
Thomas Johnson, 29, of Burnham Market, admitted riding a Triumph Dayton bike at 105.29 mph on the road at Swaffham Bulbeck on November 24 last year. Ely magistrates banned him from driving for 42 days and fined him £250 with £35 costs and a £15 surcharge.
Sixty-six year old John Love, the owner of a mobile home park in Mildenhall, admitted driving a Mercedes at 105.5 mph on the A14 at Chippenham on November 26 last year. Love, of Dartford, Kent, was banned for 49 days and fined £450 with £35 costs and a £15 surcharge.
