A LIGHT goods vehicle driver caught speeding on Soham bypass was fined £60 by magistrates this week. Russell Clarke, 43, of White Hart Lane, Soham, must also pay £42 costs, and had three points endorsed on his licence. Clarke was convicted in his absence.
A LIGHT goods vehicle driver caught speeding on Soham bypass was fined £60 by magistrates this week.
Russell Clarke, 43, of White Hart Lane, Soham, must also pay £42 costs, and had three points endorsed on his licence. Clarke was convicted in his absence. The court heard Clarke drove a Mercedes Vito at 61mph on November 7 last year, when the maximum speed was 50mph.
