SPEEDER Sara Swinton was fined �60 by Ely magistrates, after she admitted driving at 37mph along Victoria Avenue in Cambridge, where there is a 30 mph speed limit in force.
Swinton, 34, of Lapwing Way, Soham, had three points endorsed on her licence and she was ordered to pay �35 costs and a �15 surcharge.
