SOHAM Village College has become one of the first secondary schools in the country to receive a new award which recognises good practice in the use of computers in schools. The ICT mark was awarded to the college after a visit from the British Educational Communications and Technology Agency, which looked at the way the school uses computers as teaching and administrative tools. Principal David Lunn and ICT strategy manager Martin Lewis (pictured) collected the award at a ceremony at Earl's Court, London, earlier this month.
Mr Lunn said "we are thrilled that we have received the award, it is a great honour".
