A WONDERFUL time of fellowship was held at the Soham Methodist Church on Saturday evening. Ivan Cox led the evening of songs of praise with Jim Ames at the organ. Debra Bullman gave everyone a warm welcome. Eight people from the various churches in the area chose their favourite hymn and told the congregation why they had chosen it. The evening was very popular and the church was packed with people from Ely, Littleport, Burwell, Fordham, West Row, Mildenhall, Saxon Street, Cottenham, Pymoor and, of course, Soham.
The bring-and-buy stall raised £285 for the church building fund.
